Dublin Office Lead

We are looking for a Dublin Office Lead who will support the delivery of our main service lines and take on the challenge of a new supported start-up office. The ideal candidate will be based in Ireland with a network of clients and a proven track record in business development and growing teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Building and managing a local network of clients and staff
- Delivering complex projects in the real estate, infrastructure, or construction sectors
- Developing and implementing business development strategies
- Managing client relationships and ensuring customer service excellence
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders
- Upholding the reputation of the organisation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within a built environment consultancy
- Chartered status in one of the following disciplines: Chartered Engineer, MCIOB, MAPM, SCSI, or MRICS
- Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and delivering complex projects
- Strong technical expertise in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Engineering
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop a compelling vision for the Dublin office
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to make a significant impact on the business

The working hours for this role are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 3.45pm Friday, 45 minutes for lunch.
