Drees & Sommer UK Director James Ryan, wins Asset and Facilities Manager of the Year 2018

On Friday 30^th November, James Ryan, Director at Drees & Sommer UK, was presented with the RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Award for the Asset and Facilities Management category.

James triumphed amongst stiff competition in the category and the judges commented on James’ tremendous career progress in a short timescale, his delivery of PPP/PFI advisory and asset management which has enabled Drees & Sommer UK to become a respected and trusted advisor to some of the largest Infrastructure Investors and Facility Management providers in Europe and added to this, the great commitment he has shown to RICS Matrics.
