Drees & Sommer UK have been appointed by Lancashire Sustainabilty and Transformation Partnership (STP)
Projects
NHS plans in 2018/19 asked all sustainability and transformation partnerships (STPs) to undertake a strategic, system-wide review of estates. Developing a plan that supports a reduction in backlog maintenance, ensures availability of modern equipment and the disposal of unused or underutilised estates whilst investing in integrated care models and maximising the sharing of assets.
Drees & Sommer UK have been appointed by Lancashire STP (Integrated Care System) to support the prioritisation of the Wave 4 capital bids for NHS Improvement funding. There is a bidding process for access to the next wave of STP capital that will support the delivery of these local strategies. NHS capital generally remains constrained: any STP capital available must be targeted at the schemes for which it will demonstrably deliver the greatest clinical and financial sustainability.
Drees & Sommer UK is providing programme management, business case support and value for money expertise, together with commercial and health planning advice surrounding the HM Treasury 5-Case Model, Capital Investment Appraisal and the Transformational Agenda alignment. As always, we are delighted to be supporting the NHS in their integrated models of case initiatives, creating efficiencies and improving clinical service delivery.
