Better Business Cases Practitioner Status Achieved by 12 staff

With the impending requirement for business cases to be authored and managed by qualified practitioners, our Strategic Management Consultancy Team has risen to the challenge. After some intensive training with The Knowledge Academy, 12 members of the team are now registered Better Business Cases Practitioners, with further members of staff lined up for the qualification later in the year.

Better Business Cases is an initiative from HM Treasury and Welsh Government that aims to increase the skills of those involved in preparing or reviewing business cases. The Better Business Case training is made up of two parts, the "Foundation" and "Practitioner" levels. They are examined against HM Treasury's Green Book Guidance on Public Sector Business Cases Using the Five Case Model.
