Delivering Affordable Housing in Hale, Altrincham

AA Projects will be acting as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Employers Agent and Principal Designer for the £6 million regeneration of the council-owned Brown Street car park in Hale, Altrincham appointed by Novo Property Group. This new build will feature 10 townhouses fronting Brown Street and an apartment block of 12 homes, as well as a multi-storey car park to the rear. The 12 homes are designated as affordable and will be available under shared ownership. Supporting the council’s original remit, set out in December, which aimed for a 40% provision of affordable homes on the site.

The townhouses feature gardens to the rear while the car park will have cycle parking and electric charging points. A planning application is currently being drawn up and will be submitted in the next two months.
