We are delighted to announce we have been appointed by Liverpool Mutual Homes to provide Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying services and 3D laser scan measured survey services on the £3.5 million redevelopment scheme in Liverpool The scheme involves the conversion of an existing fire and police station on Allerton Road, Liverpool into 43 units comprising 36 apartments for Affordable Rent for over 55’s and seven houses for Shared Ownership.
