Feasibility Study at Bridgewater NHS

Our strategic management and project management teams have provided a feasibility study to Bridgewater NHS and Oldham City Council to highlight the estimated costs, risks, procurement and programme advice to support the integration of children's services in the region.

The aim is to improve the service for staff and patients whilst generating significant cost benefit. The report has been well received by the council who are now in a position to progress a programme of works.
