Meet the expert: Hotels and Hospitality Senior Project Manager Charles Cubitt.

Across the business, we have multiple experts who have specialist knowledge of the complexities and needs within the various sectors we operate within. We thought it might be time to share some of our sector experts, starting with one of our Hotels and Hospitality team members Charles Cubitt.

Charles recently joined the Drees & Sommer UK team in January 2022 and can be found in our London office alongside our Hotels/Hospitality sector lead Chris Harris. With over 20 years of experience working within the private sector on leisure, commercial and retail projects, Charles has been involved in a range of schemes which have been varied in their complexity and design.

Currently, Charles is working on multiple projects across Drees & Sommmer UK's Hospitality portfolio with a total key count approaching 1,000.

Throughout his career, Charles has played an integral role in projects such as the 800 Key Trocadero Hotel in Piccadilly, Indigo Hotel in Leicester Square as well as the Mandarin Oriental - just to name a few!

Our clients are in safe hands with his track record of working to tight timescales and his experience in ensuring cost and quality are carefully managed throughout the whole project process.
