Our capital funding specialists have secured c£50 million grant for further education colleges via Round 2 of the Further Education Capital Transformation Fund.

We are proud to have secured a total of £49.5 million in capital grant funding for further education colleges across England via the recent Further Education Capital Transformation Fund (FECTF), Round 2.

This latest round of success brings the total amount securing capital funding for Further Education providers to £172m in the last 4 years.

Within this round of success, we have secured projects for Tyne Coast College, Calderdale College, Newham College, West Notts College, Cheshire College as well as Sandwell College with combined total project costs adding up to over £100 million.

We are now providing project delivery services on a number of these schemes. Including project management, cost management, design, MEP, principal designer as well as fund monitoring.
