Our client Derwent has secured planning approval for the expansion of Liverpool Shopping Park

We are pleased to share that our client Derwent, has secured planning approval for the 70,000 sq ft expansion of Liverpool Shopping Park.
As one of Liverpool's biggest and most popular retail destinations, the shopping park is already home to major retailers including Marks & Spencer, Next and Boots.
Ninety percent of the new area is already spoken for: a new Tesla car showroom will take up 20,000 sq ft, while Hollywood Bowl will be completely refurbished to create an enhanced new 35,000 sq ft bowling and leisure facility. Five Guys and Costa Coffee will both launch new drive-thru stores.
A contractor for the project has now been appointed and works have already commenced onsite.

We have supported Derwent for many years, watching various projects progress from planning, construction, through to final use; which is a pleasure. Developments such as Liverpool Shopping Park are extra rewarding given the amount of time and effort applied by the team in the pre-contract phase to get the project over the line. Furthermore, this particular scheme will provide a dynamic blend of retail, entertainment and social experiences which the local community will benefit from .
