Our modular construction scheme with Great Places at Shorrock Lane has successfully been handed over

As part of a £19m regeneration scheme in Blackburn’s Griffin and Mill Hill areas, the Shorrock lane development has delivered 16 new homes to the borough.

The scheme sees the investment of £3 million by our long term client Great Places and is their first development to be delivered through modular construction. The homes were built using two modular providers, Ilke and Osco, and will be let for affordable rent.
