Drees & Sommer UK are pleased to confirm that contracts have been signed and the main works have commenced on our build to rent scheme in Peterborough for Cross Keys Homes.

Our residential team are providing both project management and cost management services on this flagship development for the city of Peterborough. The works comprise the construction of 315 apartments and maisonettes for private rent including 2 retail units and extensive public realm improvements which will regenerate an important area of the city.

The works are being completed by Willmott Dixon and are due for completion in Q4 2024.
