We are pleased to have assisted our valued client Calderdale College in securing £5.5 million of capital funding.

We are pleased to announce that our client Calderdale College has secured government funding that will be used to transform their facilities and significantly improve energy efficiency. This major project will bring a brand - new look to the College’s Halifax campus in order to boost its durability as well as reduce heat loss.

The total project investment will be £7.5 million, with £5.5 million of this being capital funding granted from The Department of Education.

Our capital funding specialists worked with the college from the outset, supporting them in securing the grant funding via the Transformation Fund. We will now continue our support of the College through our multidisciplinary teams providing project management, design, cost management as well as principal designer services, delivering this project in line with the college’s aspirations.

The project has been given the green light following planning permission obtained by Calderdale Council, and is due to start in June 2023 with an estimated completion date of August 2024.
