Our Retail team are happy to share that our valued client The Derwent Group has submitted an application to redevelop a 35,500 sq ft retail unit at JunctionNINE Retail Park in Warrington.

JunctionNINE is strategically situated close to junction nine of the M62, boasting one of the longest retail park frontages in the UK. The planning application is for the third phase in the development of the Park and will ultimately provide a further 50,000 sq ft of prime retail space.

The team have been supporting the client with Employers Agent, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.
