We are providing project management support to our client Derwent as they expand Liverpool Shopping Park.

We are pleased to announce our long-term client The Derwent Group has submitted a planning application to expand the Liverpool Shopping Park by 80,000 sq ft.

The new plans cover the creation of a further two new drive through units as well the addition of a 20,000 sq ft commercial unit. The already popular park will benefit from the added retail and leisure space, where tenants already include River Island, JD Sport, TK Maxx and more.

The Drees & Sommer UK team are providing The Derwent Group with project management support on this project.
