We celebrate the completion of 156 affordable homes with our client Yorkshire Housing

The final phase of a £21 million development to create a new West Yorkshire community has been completed – with a total of 156 affordable homes handed over to Yorkshire Housing.


Delivering much needed affordable homes to the region, the site, located at the very edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, provides a mix of tenures showcasing the variety of ways housing can be delivered with the development featuring affordable rent, shared ownership and rent to buy schemes.
