Our client Perseus Land and Developments Ltd have recently completed the unconditional purchase of a 2.0-acre site on Groby Road in Glenfield, Leicester. This land benefits from existing planning consent for nine large houses, with the company submitting a planning application for a 74-bedroom care home.
