We welcome Simon Pask, Associate Project Manager, strengthening our residential leadership in the South

We would like to welcome Simon Pask to the Drees & Sommer UK team. Simon joins our London office as an Associate to oversee our increasing portfolio of residential clients and projects as well as push further sector growth within the region.


With over 30 years’ of experience in delivering construction and development projects from inception to completion, Simon has worked multi-sector with extensive knowledge that ranges from residential (both affordable housing and private residential), hospitality, real estate and more.


Some of the stand out projects Simon has been involved with include working as employers agent for Norwich City Council delivering Phase 3 of the landmark Threescore housing development comprising of 1000 mixed tenure homes and care village. Simon led the winning team for the competition to develop Haden Circus a £60m mixed use development in Birmingham.


Speaking of what clients can expect, Simon said;
