The scope of this project of work consisted of a residential and a serviced hotel apartments complex located on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road, Mankhool, Dubai.The complex is located between attractions such as Dubai Museum, Al Fahidi Fort, Dubai Creek, and the range of souqs that characterise the historic Bur Dubai area.

Drees & Sommer provided a full interdisciplinary solution to the client for this project; including services such as risk management, project monitoring, cost controlling, project management, value engineering and more.

Through the work of our team, major cost savings were achieved on this scheme.
