We have been supporting Baltic Creative with a number of brand rollouts across the region.

Avenue HQ Baltic CIC was established to provide space that meets the varied needs of the digital sector and is playing a major part in the regeneration of the Baltic Triangle. The campus provides over 50,000 sq. ft of multifunctional warehouses, workshops and managed workspaces all of which are designed to support innovation and commercial enterprise and meet the ever-changing needs of the sector.

The Mann Island development is their first space offering a mixture of private offices, fixed desking, and hot-desking together with meeting, breakout, and social space (including a publicly accessible bar and coffee shop) totalling over 16,000sq. ft.

Refurbishment of 18 existing warehouse units to accommodate incubation and start-up units for commercial, digital, and mixed use to encourage new private sector enterprise.

The scheme included the upgrading of existing vacant and tenanted units, decant management of existing tenants and creation of a feature entrance to the Baltic area. All units received roofing improvements, improved security and entrances, services upgrade including new lighting, electrical heating systems, fire alarm systems and on-site parking.
