BPI Real Estate has launched a vast construction site that will become a future-oriented building complex: the "Gravity" tower. Featuring architecture designed by Moreno Architects and Petit-Didier-Prioux Architects, this complex consists of 5 buildings of different sizes, including a 20-storey tower (almost 60 m), comprising 80 flats, spaces for liberal professions and a co-living space with 120 furnished studios. A second tower will house 26 flats for people over 50 years old. The roof of the commercial base will be green and will serve as a meeting space. The base will house a nursery for 80 children and a shopping gallery covering 3,500 m2 .
Drees & Sommer supported the project with sustainable development consultancy "Cradle to Cradle".
