Drees & Sommer have supported NHS Property Services across various regions nationally, including North West London, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and Greater Manchester. We provide strategic estates advice, supported by full technical advisory services through the delivery of capital programme improvements. There have been over 50 projects to date, all of which hold a capital value typically less that £2m.
Our teams provided planned maintenance programme, supported by full surveys of NHS Property Services regional estates, which are predominantly across primary care networks. We provided a programme of managed solutions that are typically organised in respect of cost and the critical nature of the schemes. We collaborated with NHS Property Services estate teams to agree phasing and programme delivery.
