Drees & Sommer understand that working on community based residential projects provides an opportunity to really make a difference to the lives of residents. On all our developments for One Manchester we seek to implement low carbon technologies, through engagement with each community. This can be through highlighting fuel-poverty, reducing pollution, or aligning climate goals with neighbourhood goals.
Hulme Living was One Manchester’s first new build scheme since the organisation formed. All revenues earned from the new homes will be reinvested back into community development programmes – including future housebuilding – to help improve lives and the wellbeing of people living in One Manchester’s communities.
