Drees & Sommer were appointed to support Trafford CCG discharge their legal responsibility and conduct a six-facet survey across 25 properties in the borough.

As a trusted partner to the client, we quickly navigated the challenges surrounding programme pressures, a live working site and the variety of buildings within the scheme, with the properties fully operational throughout our survey programme.

We provided a clear schedule of costed recommended remedial actions and enabled the trust to target key areas under the EstateCode guidance. Backlog and five year expected costs were provided including a priority metric in order to assist the CCG in organising the remedial works.
