While we have been a consultant to the University of Leicester for over a decade, we are also the top ranked consultant to Engie, who enlisted us to provide CDM advisory services on this £200m DBFO/PPP scheme.
The project consists of seven student residential blocks totalling 1200 residential units, a teaching and learning centre with 600 and 250 capacity lecture theatres, a 555 space multi story carpark, extensive S278 highways work, and student social spaces that capture renovations to a grade II listed property.
We have worked extensively with Engie throughout the scheme, and managed works on-site through Covid-19 restrictions.
