We are proud to be a Crown Commercial Service supplier. We are appointed on four Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Frameworks:
Under Lot 1 Business our team will provide objective and cost effective advice relating to strategy, structure, management or operations of your organisation. We will work with you to identify options with recommendations, as well as support implementation and delivery.

Under Lot 4 Surveying and Strategic Advice our team combines traditional estate management services with innovation and technology advancements, we provide a ‘one stop shop’ solution to help reduce property costs, release unwanted property assets and identify savings and opportunities to generate income from land and buildings.
Construction Professional Services DPS (RM6242)
As a trusted supplier for crown commercial services, you can also procure our team through the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) RM6242. Under RM6242 our team offer a full suite of consulting and implementation services on all aspects of the built environment.
Construction Professional Services (RM6165) (as part of the KAN consortium)
Under Lot 1 Built Environment and Lot 2 Urban Regeneration, Drees & Sommer UK are working as part of the KAN consortium with Kier Design and Business Services and NORR, to advise on all aspects of built environment consultancy.
NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement.
We are one of four consultants to have been appointed on all 11 lots of the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services framework agreement.
