We have over 20 Accredited Business Case Practitioners in-house; with more personnel going through the requisite training.

Our team work logically through the HM Treasury 5-Case Model process, ensuring the that Strategic Case is clinically compelling, with realisable benefits. Greater emphasis has been placed on this element following the 2020 publication of Green Book.

We are well versed/practised in the Comprehensive Investment Appraisal Model (CIAM) in integrating monetised benefits derived from improvements and efficiencies to prove a best value for money economic option appraisal. The outputs from this feed through into the Financial Case on affordability (Capital and Revenue), together with Commercial (securing the deal) and Management (implementation, delivery and realisation).

We provide assurance through alignment with Fundamental Assessment Criteria validation and a well-managed approach.
