Across the UK, we have experienced consultants who have spent many years supporting clients in delivering contract administration. This extensive experience means we are confident in being responsible for the administration of the terms of a building contract. Our consultants are familiar with many different forms of contract such as JCT, NEC, client bespoke contracts and more.

NEC Suite of Contracts

Our team of NEC3 and NEC4 Accredited Project Managers support clients across the full suite of NEC Contracts including the Engineering and Construction Contract, Term Service Contract and Professional Services Contract. The experienced nature of the team ensures the contract is implemented to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards, acting within a culture of mutual trust and co-operation. We also undertake the role of NEC Site Supervisor under the contract.
