We work closely with funders and lenders to provide them with the reassurance that their interests are being fully protected on the construction projects they fund.

Our fund monitoring specialists make sure the project is set up correctly pre-contract, both commercially and contractually, through to post contract, by ensuring progress is maintained as per the agreed programme as well as the budget, working closely and proactively with the project team to recognise and mitigate any issues when they are identified.
