We have expertise in reviewing relevant lease documentation and providing strategic advice on repairing responsibilities including the preparation of dilapidation liability assessments, schedules of dilapidations (interim, terminal, and final schedules) and then negotiating cash settlements for both our landlord and tenant clients. We also advise on other lease related matters such as exit strategy and break clauses, reinstatement and repair notices, insurance requirements etc.
