Our specialist team of surveyors can quickly assess a development scheme to advise on where the works would be covered by the Party Wall etc Act 1996 and then proceed to administer the Act requirements including serving notices and acting as Party Wall Surveyor through to completion. Project size includes large tower blocks in inner city areas through to small extensions. We also advise neighbouring owners where they are affected by a nearby development.
